Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a cozy stay in spacious rooms but lacks some room size variation. The service is friendly and attentive, while the location is ideal for exploring Bournemouth and Boscombe. However, the dining experience fell short in temperature control and attention to detail.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious with a fantastic sea view and a massive, very comfortable bed, but the water pressure was lacking and it took a while for the shower to warm up. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff members doing their best to keep guests content while others were not very welcoming. The location was great, ideal for both the town and the beach, but the parking situation was tight and the appearance of the area was not the best. The dining experience had its downsides with limited breakfast options and a disappointing bar closure, but the food quality was decent and the cooked options were excellent.
The hotel was a bit on the pricey side with small rooms that had stains on the walls and dried blood in the bathroom, but the real plus point was that the windows wouldn't open enough, making the rooms too hot. Unfortunately, the bed was not clean, and despite emailing the hotel about the stay, there was no reply at all.
